Rachel Butler

Hi, I'm Rachel and I joined the Piano Academy team back in September 2009. I teach both classical & contemporary piano and vocals in various styles for beginner to advanced. I also lead the Just Sing Ladies choir which was first formed in 2013 and we love to perform frequently at local events. I have always had a passion for music from a very young age and my ambition is to pass this on to my students so they can enjoy learning the correct skills to sing and play as much as I do.

Ainjiel Clark

"Hello! I'm Ainjiel. I am a vocal and piano tutor. Before coming to the academy I taught privately. I am very passionate about passing over musical knowledge for everyone to enjoy. As an avid performer, I have been on stage since a very young age, and through this gained much industry experience as a solo, ensemble, choir and orchestral team player. I also have a great passion for composition, particularly composition for media."

Lulu Albelda

"Hello my name is Lulu Albelda and I have been singing and playing the guitar since I was at school. I took part in a number of productions including Miss Saigon in which I took on the lead role of Kim. This made me want to study musical theatre and so with my scholarship from Cameron Mackintosh, I studied at the Urdang Academy and the University of West London which has given me a breadth of experience in singing, dancing and acting for musical theatre. From 2009 until I moved to London in 2012, I performed with the award winning Boston Youth Jazz Orchestra(BYJO). At the age of 17 I gained my musical theatre performance Diploma and have gained numerous grades in classical, popular music and musical theatre singing. I am really excited to be joining the team at Piano Academy and I look forward to coaching a wide range of people to sing pop, music theatre and classic music."

Jean Taylor

Jean has been our Mini Mozart tutor since 2005. Jean specialises in bringing out the very best in our youngest musicians. She has a vast knowledge of fun musical theory games, songs and easy piano to really capture the attention and interest of our mini mozarts. Which means that under Jean's careful guidance they quickly progress towards their preparatory grades in piano and singing. Jean is also our Key stage 1 & 2 schools music hour leade
